Holy Crap. Parking at the airport.

Ok.
So for our trip back to the sunny island,
we need to go to the airport right?

Option 1:
Drive there ourselves.
Safer because Xander gets to be in his car seat.
Parking at open air long term parking?

!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Plus we'll have to take a freakin' shuttle bus to the terminal.
With Xander, multiple luggages, multiple carry-ons and a stupid stroller.

Option 2:
Park at multi-storey long term parking where it's just a short walk to the terminals.
Cost?
$439.00.
??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Option 3:
Taxi.
Not as safe cos Xander won't be in his car seat.
Estimated cost?
$237.83.
Return trip.
UGH.

Option 4:
Hired car service to airport.
Car seat available for $10 extra.
Total cost?
$290.00.
Return trip.
WTH.

Option 5:
Airport Shuttle #1 (Airport Bus Dandenong)
About $70 one way, inclusive of extras like baggage and car seat and pram.
Downside?
Limited pick ups on Saturdays,
meaning we'll get to the airport at 12.45pm, when our flight is at 6pm!
Not my idea of ideal when travelling with a littlie.
Hmmm...
Anyway, multiple pick up locations around our area...

Option 6:
Airport Shuttle #2 (Frankston and Peninsula Airport Shuttle)
$89 or $104 return,
depending on pick up and drop off location.
More (reasonable) pick up times available,
e.g. pick up at 1.45pm and arriving at airport at 3pm.
Hmmmmm.....


Option 6 is probably our only option.
Sigh.
Parking is CRRRAAAAZY.
Now we just need to find out if there's anyone willing to send us to the pick up point and back.
