Day 1

Officially cycle day 1 of my first TTC cycle.

period arrived this morning, on the 5th day since my last primolut dose.

:)

my body seems to function like clockwork with help from artificial chemicals only.

how annoying is that?

but whatever it is, i'm just really really glad that this has finally happened.

now, we're ready to start counting down to what happens next :)

on day 5, we start clomid.

on day 9, we end clomid.

then we start making love

and hopefully end up making a baby too :)

day 22, we find out if i actually ovulated.

then on day 28, we keep our fingers crossed and hope that period doesn't come again because junior will be multiplying its cells in there :)

we'll have to wait and see, but i'm full of hope :)

at the moment, i've got crazy cramps.

it hurts, and it's bloody christmas day for god's sake!

well, all pun intended in that sentence :)

i'm dizzy

and i'm preparing myself for a very long and painful period this time.

after all, 7 months of stuff accumulated in there would take some time to empty itself wouldn't it?

just as well that MIL is here for christmas and we don't really wanna have sex with her in the next room anyway.

perfect timing.

now, we can go at it like crazy rabbits once she leaves, and hopefully that would coincide with post-clomid activity too.

this new cycle represents a whole new set of hopes and dreams in my heart...

anything is possible.

and just thinking about the fact that we are now officially working towards having a complete family fills my heart with so much love for my husband.

hopefully this will be it :)
