Of my pregnancy weight and food...

This shall be a weekend wasted on assignments, so before I start, let me blog.
Accounting assignment due on Monday, and 3000 word marketing research report due on Friday that I don't even have the introduction for. YAY.

Ok so to answer Gav's question,
I weigh 54kg now.
Which is 1kg LIGHTER than my pre-pregnancy weight of 55/56kg.
And for the record, I was a mere 46kg when I left SG for OZ-land 3 years ago.
Yay?
Not so... I'm borderline underweight already as it is, and I should be gaining a lot more weight, not losing it.
I'm not that worried now since baby is still so tiny,
but hopefully when we get into the 2nd trimester I'll get my usually-ferocious appetite back and I can make up for this weight loss.
I remember husband telling me that one of the things that attracted me to him was that I never dieted and I don't eat like a mouse.
I wasn't like other girls who ate just salads... I actually enjoy eating. And I do! I love food and no matter how fat I feel on that day, don't even think about taking my food away from me. I guess all my friends and family know that.
Except when it comes to eating rice at home la :p
Bring on the buffet line anytime!
This is the time in my life where I desperately wanna gain weight, so hopefully it happens.
It's just weird cos I snack all day when I'm at work and I eat fast-food all the time cos it's about the only thing I can stomach.
Plus the fact that my extra 2 cup sizes should weigh something, not to mention the tummy I already have.
Speaking of which, I need to remember to take my first belly pic *mental note*

Maybe it's because I can't indulge in my cravings that lie 10 million miles away in lovely Singapore.
All I wanna eat now is on this list:
Fried economy beehoon with mee plus luncheon meat, cabbage, fish cake, chicken wing, fried egg, and chilli.
Chwee kweh with heaps of cai poh and chilli.
McSpicy double.
MOS burger ebi rice burger
Octopus takopachi with lots of flakes and mayo
Aunty Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzel
Popeyes mashed potato and biscuits
LJS fries
Seafood platter at fish n co
Ajisen Ramen
Bak chor mee
Fried hokkien prawn mee
Fried carrot cake, both black and white with lots of egg and chilli
Old Chang Kee curry puff and squid head and fish ball
Giam cai ak soup
Sambal kang kong
Sambal stingray
BBQ chicken wings
etc etc etc.
etc etc etc.
etc etc etc.
I think if I got to eat everything on this list,
I would have gained some weight already, no?
They are not the healthiest food, but some food is better than no food when you're growing a baby right?
:(
If only...

ahh looking back at this list makes me wanna cry :(

I can't wait till this dreadful all-day sickness bids bye-bye and my lovely appetite says hello.
I wanna take my bestest husband in the world to churrascaria all-you-can-eat buffet for either our anniversary in july or his birthday in oct, and it ALL depends on when my appetite comes back.
And I wanna start gaining weight!
