20 months

Dearest baby boy,

You are 20 months old today. And I am going to apologise for being a woeful memory-keeper and say that there's not going to be much of an update this month. I can't find the energy to upload any of your photos, but don't worry because they are there. I've got lots of them. I'll make it up to you when mama feels better. 

The biggest news this month is that you're going to be a big brother come March 2013, and by then you will be about 27 months old already. And because I really doubt that you have any concept of time, we haven't really told you yet. I think we will when mama's belly gets much much bigger and when it gets closer to the time your little baby sibling will be born. Mama has plans to prepare some things to ease you into the transition to big brotherhood and to help you understand more about what life with a little baby will be like. So I'm hoping these plans come to life by the end of this year and you'll have some time to get used to the idea. For now, there's plenty of time still for you to be my little boy and only love-child.
